Do you know how much is it? It costs $5,900. This is Nikon's new 300 mm f2.8 lens, a model intended for professionals. So what's the new feature of this camera?

The answer is "Speed."

It's hard to shoot fast actions using entry-level telephoto lenses. Now with Nikon's AF-S Nikkor 300mm f/2.8G ED VR II, it can shoot with a shutter speed four times as fast as an F5.6 lens. It is best suited for sports photographers and paparazzis.

Well I guess most UFC fans were a bit disappointed in UFC 106. Most fans expected that they will be able to see Brock Lesnar once again on the ring. But the Lesnar vs Carwin fight was postponed. The Ortiz vs Griffin is now the main event.

If you will look closely to the fight cards, it is still interesting to watch. Ortiz and Griffin first met in UFC 59: Reality Check on 2006 and now they were destined again for a rematch. It's Ortiz vs Griffin Part 2!

I thought UFC 105 live fight is scheduled next week. I just read an email from my friend that Couture vs Vera fight is scheduled the same day with Pacquiao vs Cotto fight. They just differ in scheduled time. Pacquiao-Cotto fight is scheduled at 10 ET while Couture vs Vera live fight is scheduled at 3PM.

Manny Pacquiao from the Philippines is his way to break the record of boxing history as he aim for the seventh world title in seven weight classes. It's Pacquiao vs Cotto this Saturday!

As far as I know, only Pacquiao and De La Hoya are the only boxers who got six world titles in six weight classes. But De La Hoya will no longer be able to beat his own record because he have already resigned.

Pacquiao is still young and the road to greatness is still wide open for him.

Let's talk about Miguel Angel Cotto. Did you know that Cotto did not actually take up boxing to become his career? Yes... He just try boxing because he wanted to lose weight. He just follow the path of his two older brothers. To his surprise, boxing make him lose weight. And that's the time he developed a fashion for this sport. He was then trained at Bairoa Gym and follow the steps of his his older brother Jose Miguel Cotto.

If you'll compare him to Pacquiao, Pacquiao treated boxing as his hobby. Even though he doesn't have shoes or just one rubber shoe, he was so addicted in this sports. He was always been advised by his mother to study and not to be link in that sports. During those days, his mother believed that boxing will not make them rich but the young Manny cannot get rid of this because he really love it. Then the time came when he enter the real world of boxing, from an amateur to professional boxer, you can really see not only his passion in this sports but also the unbelievable power he has. Can he be able to be the first ever boxer to get the seventh title in seven different divisions?

What are the factors that a UFC fighter should have in order to become and be called a "Champion?"

Of course, if you're in a UFC fighter you should know boxing, martial arts, kickboxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu, wrestling, and any other ground games. You should have the combination of these sports because you'll never win if you just know one skill. You should know everything. Not only the knowledge but you should be "skilled" or you should have mastered these skills.

The Light Heavyweight fighters is the best example of this. Rampage Jackson is the former Light Heavyweight Champion but because of low kicks of Forrest Grffin, Griffin have dethroned him. But Griffin's kicks did not helped him to retain his title. Rashad Evans stole Griffin's belt. But Rashad wasn't able to retain his title as well because Machida is so strong that match. Now that Lyoto Machida holds the title, he will have his first title defense this Saturday, October 24, 2009 against Mauricio "Shogun" Rua on UFC 104. On UFC 104 it's going to be: Machida vs Rua on UFC 104 live at 10 PM EST.

Aside from skills, a fighter should have patience and respect. I'm not really a UFC fighter but in every aspects of life, I think behavior is always considered. You'll never stay long in your career if you don't have respect.

When was the last time you lose hope? Me? I always lose hope... I always lose hope in every minute of everyday. Because I'm a negative thinker... They said that Pandora have opened the forbidden box and nothing left but hope. I don't know but if I'm Pandora and I have opened up the box, I will not believe that hope was the one left in that box. "HOPE" is gone but people around Pandora are the people who bring back the hope. "HOPE" is in our heart and can be shared to everyone. Don't think you don't have it and it was shared by your friend or family. Because what your friend, family or your loved ones does is to remind you that there's still "HOPE."

My loved ones are the one who makes me believe that there's always a light in my darkest days. My family always show to me that life is wonderful and something to cherish everyday and my beloved fiance always help me in building up hope back in my heart and in my mind. They are the one that keeps on reminding me that I'm not the biggest loser in the world. They make me feel better and relieve.

It is still a major question until on which of these two Pay-Per-Views will get the most number of viewers tonight. Is it going to be the boxing event - Mayweather vs Marquez fight or UFC 103 fight?

It is said that Randy Couture have three remaining fights in his UFC contract. The "Captain America" will soon retire but still he wanted to fight with Fedor. We know that Fedor didn't signed contract with UFC after UFC disagreed to join force with M1. Although many UFC fighters wanted to test Fedor in the UFC ring, this issue was being cooled down by UFC President Dana White. Dana White prepared exciting matches and it seems that he wanted to show that UFC can still manage to give better fights even without Fedor.

One of the remaining fights of Randy Couture is his fight with Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira in UFC 102. UFC 102 live stream will be available via PPV on Saturday, August 29, 2009. Nogueira didn't wants to talk about his resignation for he is not yet planning for it. He is looking forward to regain his title rather than thinking his retirement.
